Arambh Kids is an initiative to support children with books, stationery and basic educational essentials so that they can continue learning with the resources they need.

We believe that every contribution should be accounted for.

We maintain complete records of:

Donation → Purchase → Payment → Invoice → Delivery → Distribution → Usage

Our website will regularly show:

• Total amount received
• Total amount utilised
• Current balance
• Items purchased
• Quantity purchased and distributed
• Purchase invoices/bills
• Delivery records
• Return status, where applicable
• Usage/distribution updates
• Supporting photographs/videos

All public records will be updated regularly so that anyone can see how the contributions were utilised.

Donor privacy will always be respected. Donor names, phone numbers, UPI IDs and other personal information will not be publicly disclosed.

Supporting transaction records are securely maintained for verification.

• Notebooks
• Stationery
• Basic educational essentials
• Other essential learning materials, as required

We will purchase items only according to the actual requirements of the children.

We don't want to simply say that the money was used—we want to show how it was used.

Where appropriate, we will maintain supporting proof of:

Purchase → Delivery → Distribution → Actual Use

Short activity/usage videos may be shared to demonstrate how the books and other materials are being used by the children.

Children's privacy will be respected, and personal information will not be publicly disclosed.
