• Designed solely for educational purposes 
• Not related to any real individual, company, or organization 

DataPencil is not responsible for any misuse of the content outside the intended learning scope.

• Each challenge is time-bound and structured (e.g., 10-day, 14-day challenges) 
• Submissions must be made within the defined timeline 
• Late submissions may not be considered for certification 

• Each day’s task must be submitted separately 
• All required days must be completed to qualify for certification

• Use of AI tools (like ChatGPT or others) is allowed only for learning support, not for direct copying 

• Copy-pasting AI-generated answers without understanding 
• Submitting AI-generated work as original effort 
• Sharing answers publicly during active challenge duration 

• Immediate disqualification 
• Certificate cancellation 
• Ban from future challenges 

All SQL queries, examples, and solutions provided by DataPencil are:

• For learning purposes only 
• Not guaranteed to be production-ready for all datasets 

Users are responsible for:

• Testing queries on their own datasets 
• Understanding the logic before execution 

DataPencil is not liable for:

• Data loss 
• Incorrect results 
• Misuse of queries in real-world systems 

• All content (videos, PDFs, queries, notes, challenges) is the property of DataPencil 
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited 

Participants may:

• Use content for personal learning

If a participant requests access:

Violation may result in:

• Removal from the program 
• Permanent restriction from DataPencil platforms 

DataPencil shall not be held liable for:

• Misinterpretation or misuse of learning materials 

All decisions regarding:

• Certification 
• Disqualification 
• Policy interpretation

All question papers, solutions, and answer keys provided under DataPencil programs are strictly confidential.

They are designed exclusively for:

• Active participants 
• Evaluation purposes 
• Controlled learning environments 

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing question papers or answers publicly 
• Posting solutions on social media, GitHub, or any platform 
• Distributing content to non-participants 

DataPencil does not share:

• Question papers 
• Answer keys 
• Evaluation criteria 

with participants during or after the challenge/exam.

If a participant requests access to question papers or answers:

• DataPencil may choose to share them privately via email 
• However, the participant will become:
